Europe Q4 2025 Roundup: Volunteer Cleanups, Drug-Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education
In Q4 2025, volunteer groups linked to Scientology community initiatives reported a series of local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup featured community cleanups and practical civic service, alongside drug-awareness distribution initiatives and UDHR-based human-rights education activities delivered through partner programmes.
Organisers cited initiatives across multiple European settings, from Italy and France to Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers working with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to news eua everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
